Our small but mighty MascotLink team and tech platform handle all the booking, logistics, and administrative work required for local appearances, in-game appearances, birthday engagements, and Kids Club experiences.

The platform consists of customizable ‘Booking Links’ (think #LinkInBio) which offer products/services directly to fans.

All bookings and sales facilitated via the ‘Booking Links’ roll up into our MascotHQ app. This MascotHQ app is accessible only to our mascot clients and lets them easily track all sales facilitated via their custom links. The MascotHQ app also offers optimized delivery routes, automatic delivery updates, and incognito chat for all bookings.

Mascot clients can use just the booking technology with existing products/experiences or opt into full-service campaigns — currently available for holiday campaigns, birthdays, & Kids Club. In these cases, the MascotLink team will source, package, and ship physical gift kits in addition to offering the booking & logistics tech.

Each mascot partner selects products or services they want to offer their fans via this link. Then mascots embed these links on their team’s websites or their social media profiles.

Key features for the fans:

• Simple UX — easy to navigate with familiar e-commerce prompts and checkout process
• Helpful Notifications — Post check out confirmation, pre-experience reminders and updates. All automated within the platform.
• Accessible FAQ — Need help? Don’t loose a sale due to uncertainty. If fans have questions or get stuck anywhere in the booking process, they can ask via Live Help Chat or email the MascotLink team
• Promo Codes & STH Discounts — fans can use unique promo codes or apply discounts for any experience or offering

Inside the MascotHQ App

One stop designed for mobile to track all sales, earnings, & upcoming events. Outsourced booking coordination and accounting. Plus, core features to help facilitate easy appearances and deliveries.

Key admin Features:

• Sales — Every sale rendered via MascotLink becomes a line item in the MascotHQ mobile app. Track sales & earnings by product.
• Earnings — Transferred automatically at the end of each month, directly to mascot’s company bank account on file
• Visitor Analytics — See high level overview of how fans are finding their way to your offerings & conversion rates for online sales

Appearance / Delivery Day Feature Set:

• Route Optimization — for busy delivery days, get a pre-loaded list of the most efficient route around town. Takes into consideration delivery address and window of time fans request
• Google Maps Sync — Pick up your driving directions from route-optimized list, then use your normal Google or Apple GPS to get on site
• Push Alerts — Give fans a head’s up that you are en route with one click. Push alert comes from incognito MascotLink number so you can communicate for the duration of the experience without sharing your work number with the public
• Automatic Updates — Finished the delivery or experience? Indicate that you have done so in the platform and fans will automatically receive a customized follow-up email

How to work with MascotLink

Our partners can setup customized Booking Links to offer a myriad of unique experiences or products to their fans.

There are no setup fees and no subscriptions. We design & setup client’s customized booking link page with zero upfront costs. Our promise, is that MascotLink only makes money when our mascot partners do.

The MascotLink team always provides the digital infrastructure, facilitate sales, track everything, and transfer your earnings.

However, our partners can choose to use just the tech services or opt into full service offerings:

Option 1: Partner provides the “stuff” & MascotLink provides the tech. Works well for simple holiday offerings, existing fan programing, or general community appearances.

Option 2: Full-Service Offerings (aka MascotLink provides the tech + the “stuff”). Currently available:
